Oklahoma Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements:
Be at least 18 years or older.
Submit evidence to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission of successful completion of ninety (90) clock hours of basic real estate instruction.
Along with the application for licensure the applicant must include a proof of citizenship or qualified alien status. Proof of Citizenship is absolutely mandatory, for the state exam will not be given without it.
